Digital Account Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and ambitious individual with solid organisational skills and a passion for digital media channels. Ideally you will have experience in global healthcare comms and working across corporate/B2B clients. You will be an influential part of our team, so you’ll need to be a great communicator and have bags of enthusiasm.

As Digital Account Manager you’ll be comfortable working across multi-channel marketing briefs, working to tight timelines and multi-tasking. You will care deeply about the quality, value and outcome of the work that Gosling deliver. Happy to work in a small team, you will enjoy giving some direction and also sharing expertise to help develop others.

Main duties and responsibilities will include
  • Coordinating successful delivery of integrated campaigns and one-off projects
  • Advising and supporting clients with strategy and implementation of digital projects
  • Staying current with digital trends
  • Working with a small team of brand and digital designers to deliver outstanding creative 
  • Quality control of all work that us submitted to clients
  • Monitoring all stages of projects to guarantee they run smoothly and in budget
  • Entering information relating to jobs in our CRM system (Streamtime)
  • Generating organic growth with your clients
Skills and experience

Ideally a minimum of 3 years in a creative agency, in a client-facing role  

  • Strong collaboration and client management skills
  • Initiative, enthusiasm and the ability to multi-task
  • An excellent team player who actively enjoys collaboration
  • A good balance between planning and creativity with a technical understanding of the design process
  • A sound grasp of social and digital media A strong understanding of Google Analytics and capturing data in various formats
  • Good knowledge of MS Office packages (Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook and Word)
  • Experience in a multi-channel environment
  • Excellent proofreading skills
