Senior Account Executive

If you love taking control of projects, liaising with clients, and making an impact as part of an inclusive and friendly team, this is the perfect opportunity for you. 

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and ambitious individual with solid organisational skills and a passion for digital media channels. Ideally you will have experience in healthcare communications and working for corporate clients. You’ll be comfortable working across multi-channel marketing briefs and working to tight timelines.

 Main duties and responsibilities

• Coordinating successful delivery of integrated campaigns and one-off projects 

• Advising and supporting clients with strategy and implementation of digital projects 

• Exercising quality control over all work that is submitted to clients

• Monitoring all stages of projects to guarantee they run smoothly and in budget 

• Entering information relating to jobs in our CRM system (Streamtime) 

• Generating organic growth with your clients

Skills and experience

• 3+ years’ experience in a creative agency

• Strong collaboration and client management skills

• Initiative, enthusiasm and the ability to multi-task

• An excellent team player who actively enjoys collaboration

• Ability to balance planning with an understanding of the creative process

• A sound grasp of digital media and platforms

• Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills will be considered a real bonus.

Marketing Executive

A dual role combining Gosling’s marketing activity and support the Client Services team with digital expertise. You will help create our voice on social media channels, such as, Twitter, Linkedin and Instagram, therefore storytelling and attention to detail are key. We welcome new perspectives and insights.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Creating and publishing content for web & social channels to keep our customers and prospective customers engaged

• Keeping Gosling’s presentation materials and Case Studies up to date 

• Attend marketing meetings, advising on strategy and providing feedback on engagement using data analysis.

• Plan & implement social media strategy + publishing of content

• Maintain Gosling’s daily presence on SM and manage Gosling’s SM pages

• Create engaging content for social posts

• Analyse engagement data on Google Analytics/LinkedIn/Twitter

• Advise and support clients with strategy and implementation of digital projects

• Stay current with digital and social media trends

Skills and experience:

• 2+ years’ experience in a creative agency

• Strategic thinker

• Ability to use analytics

• Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills

• Highly Organised

• Solid understanding of social media platforms

• Understanding of algorithms and search engine optimisation
