Our inspirational studios are in a recently refurbished mill in Harpenden, 26 minutes by train from London
St Pancras International Station, and within easy access of the M1 (J10) and M25 (J21).

Client Services Manager

Based at our Harpenden studios, this is a full-time permanent role with Agile Working available.

We’re looking for an experienced and proven professional to join our thriving agency’s Client Services team as Client Services Manager. If you’re a confident strategist, campaign planner and great in developing relationships and nurturing a team, then this could be the role for you.

Key responsibilities:

As Client Services Manager you will play a pivotal role in our Client Services Team. Reporting to the Client Services Director, you will leverage your leadership, people management, and account management skills to:

  • Develop, manage, and nurture key relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute strategic insights to major project briefs and campaigns
  • Guide and inspire the wider account team, ensuring high performance and the delivery of our promises to clients
  • Leverage your negotiation and commercial acumen to meet the expectations of both clients and our agency
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities, fostering organic growth and attracting new clients
  • Play an active role in winning new business, collaborating with the creative team to deliver exceptional presentations
  • Support the Client Services Director in resourcing, budgeting, and people management, including performance reviews and objective setting for the team

Required skills and experience: 

  • A minimum of three years of experience in a senior client services role, preferably within a creative or marketing environment
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and expanding client portfolios, demonstrating the ability to cultivate and nurture long-term relationships
  • Possess a strategic and innovative mindset, adept at uncovering insights beyond the surface level
  • Excellent communication skills, complemented by strong leadership, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Confidently delivers proposals and creative pitches at a senior/board level
  • Skilled in conducting comprehensive research, gaining valuable insights, and ensuring that project requirements are aligned with objectives
  • Ideally experienced in the medical/healthcare sector, with an in-depth understanding of HCP and patient journeys
  • Demonstrates commercial acumen, with a thorough grasp of business priorities, financial dynamics and, industry trends across both client and agency sectors
  • Proficient in performance management and personnel evaluation
  • Embraces a positive and collaborative approach, combined with a curious mindset and the confidence to challenge conventional thinking

Project Manager

Based at our Harpenden studios, this is a full-time permanent role.

We’re looking for a talented and passionate client-focused professional to join our thriving agency’s Client Services team as a Project Manager. If you’re a good team player and can manage multiple projects across a range of clients and disciplines, then this is a great role for you

Key responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, you will play an important role within our Client Services Team. Responsible to our Client Services Director, but with day-to-day line management into our Project Team Leader, you will be required to effectively manage designated client projects and campaigns. In so doing, you will ensure we deliver to the brief, on time, and within budget, whilst collaborating with the wider team to make sure projects are proactively, creatively, and efficiently delivered to an exceptional standard.

This includes (but not limited to):

  • Gathering and delivering clear and accurate client briefs
  • Preparing quotes and estimates and, where necessary, managing a project’s budget control
  • Devising and implementing project timelines
  • Working with our Project Team Leader in developing task and resource planning schedules
  • Preparing meeting notes, and updating finance sheets
  • Arranging and facilitating creative brainstorming sessions
  • Being proactive in managing client expectations and responding to client requests / RFIs in a timely and professional way
  • Proofing artwork and copy
  • Supporting the Client Services Director and wider team as required

Required skills and experience: 

  • At least 18 months experience in a project management role, preferably within a creative or marketing design agency, although other disciplines in which you can undertake the above responsibilities, will be considered
  • Ability, and flexibility, to effectively manage projects and multiple tasks
  • A good understanding of process and procedural end-to-end workflow
  • Excellent eye for detail with a tactical, can-do, mindset
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, and CRM* / Finance systems* (*training can be provided)
