TUI UK & Ireland, part of one of the world’s leading travel companies, employs 18,000 staff across the globe, a large number of them in resorts.

When the company needed an effective, portable internal communications tool to deliver its new corporate message via The Big Conversation to all those members of staff some purposeful imagination was required.

Our solution was a neat, comprehensive integrated toolkit with an easy to pack, oversized A5 folder containing all the elements managers would need to help them cascade the crucial messages the top management wanted to communicate.

Fitting neatly into a flight bag, and laminated for durability, the eye-catching folder contains a briefing message from the MD, a visual roadmap, a manager’s guide and a usb stick. The integrated toolkit enables a manager to quickly and effectively organise a staff meeting regardless of the location or the local facilities, and communicate The Big Conversation messages.
