Gosling has worked closely with Hill as brand guardian and strategic design consultant since 2000. As primary supplier of internal and external marketing literature and online communications Gosling has been responsible for steering the visual perception of Hill through high-profile one-off strategic marketing project briefs. Working together, the design results have gone hand-in-hand with expansion, performance and awards.

Recent design work includes award entry literature, and bespoke bid winning business proposals, as well annual reports.

Hill, triumphed at the 2015 WhatHouse? Awards, winning in six out of eight categories and taking the coveted main award, Housebuilder of the Year. Gosling designed all eight submissions for 2015.

In 2014 Gosling delivered a company-wide rebrand to reflect the nature and positioning of the now mature company, with more than 15 years of credentials.

Previously in 2010, we were commissioned to design and produce three pieces of strategic marketing print literature to profile and chronicle the first decade of Hill’s growth and success.
