When Andy Hill asked us to design a brand identity for his new business in 2000 none of us had any idea we were helping to lay the foundations of a Top 25 UK Housebuilder.

Hill has grown in size, experience and reputation year-on-year, building over 1500 new homes in 2013 and being recognised through several major industry awards including Medium Housebuilder of the Year at the Housebuilder Awards 2014.

Throughout this period a close and productive client relationship between Hill and Gosling has helped steer the brand and develop marketing and communication materials to reflect this business evolution.

Since their initial design in 2000 the identity and guidelines Gosling created for us have had to work hard across a greatly developed business scope and range of company items over the years.

However the company has grown, from six to 300 and significantly developed its business scope, hence the decision to rebrand.

I have always been happy with the level of creativity, dedication and responsiveness from the team who design the majority of our corporate communications for both external and internal audiences.

Andy Hill
Founder and Chief Executive

A decade after Gosling started our design relationship with Hill we were commissioned to design and produce three pieces of corporate printed literature to profile and chronicle the company’s growth and success as a major housebuilder in the south east of England.
