During 2012 TUI Travel PLC commissioned an independent opinion survey to find out what its employees thought about the organisation, how it rates as an employer and how it treats its customers in a rapidly changing market.
The results made for interesting reading but the challenge the internal communications team faced was, how to effectively communicate the results to its 54,000 employees spread across 180 countries.
Given the logistics of the internal communication, with so many people across the globe, in offices and resorts, the only realistic solution was a digital one.
Gosling designed an engaging and interactive digital report to summarise the survey’s key findings on a range of subjects, from customer focus to reward and recognition, and communicate the findings and the management’s response to their staff.
